APPLICATIONS:

Optical Brightener ER-330 is a stilbene type compound, it is insoluble in water, but well soluble in most organic solvents. It is stable to cationic softening agent.I t can be used in the same bath with sodium hypo chloride,hydrogen peroxide and reductional bleaching agent, it is very suitable for whitening and brightening polyester fiber, acetate fiber, polyvinlye, etc. Products can be remarkably upgraded by adding ER-330. It is especially used in low temperature fixing absorption polyester whitening.

PROCESS

Polyester — dipping — heating — heat kept — washing — drying — finished products
Material and mix ratio:
Optical Brightener ER-330 0.3-1.5% Na2SO3 (chemical grade)1.0% Lavocal AFR 1.0% Acetic acid (98%) 0.55g/L Bath ration:1:5-40 pH = 4-5
Forming the whitening liquid as the above ration and dipping polyester materials, heating to 50℃ at the speed of 1-1.5℃ per minute, holding for 30 minutes, then cooled and washing with cool water, drying and modeling to obtain the products.
